Wednesday and Thursday groups critique fiction and non-fiction. The works are submitted in advance and distributed to all the group members who are encouraged to read and critique prior to the meeting. At the meetings we give respectful verbal feedback on each piece.
The poetry group meets every first and third Saturday from 10:00 – 12:00. We bring copies of poems, read them (author reads his or her own work), and the other poets comment on what’s working and give suggestions for improvement.
If you want to drop by and see what we’re about, feel free to do so. We do recommend you contact us in advance since we occasionally have to cancel meetings.
